In 2014, I co-founded BITTERMAN, a casual dining restaurant in Bangkok’s Central Business District, specializing in Asian and Western comfort food. As an investor and F&B Director, I played a pivotal role in the restaurant’s opening, overseeing daily management, problem-solving, and kitchen operations. This venture laid the foundation for my career in the hospitality industry, allowing me to develop key skills in restaurant management and culinary operations. My passion for the business has driven me to continuously gain experience by working in various other restaurants, always striving to refine my craft and reach new goals.
